Our specialised instrumental teachers are part of a professional workforce that all have an enhanced CRB and receive rigorous Quality Assurance. Staff attend regular CPD and are kept up to date with the latest methodology, repertoire and resources.
Our membership of Music Mark ensures that we adopt a recognised common approach, have input into formulating national policies and are fully aware of all national issues.
All permanent staff have gone through a rigorous interview process and are observed several times a year in line with national teacher appraisal recommendations. In addition to these procedures peer mentoring and coaching strategies are also embeded within the service.
