WMS aim to deliver 33 lessons per academic year, with a guaranteed minimum of 30.
The amount of time put into each school or academy is dependent upon the uptake. Owing to budgetary considerations this formula has to be adhered to. Therefore, with very few exceptions, pupils will be grouped together. In some circumstances a parent may request an individual lesson which carries an additional charge and can be dependent on time allocated within school. Please see tuition fees and charges 2014/15.
For many children group tuition is the best way to learn, experiencing the fun of making music together, supporting and helping each other, sharing ideas, developing social skills and a sense of belonging … the list is endless.
