All the registers are collected into the WMS office on a regular basis and if the teacher has not been available to deliver the guaranteed minimum of 30 lessons (or proportion of depending on how many terms the student has been charged for), a credit will be placed on your account in the Summer holidays. This will then appear on your Autumn Term’s invoice.
